“Education Improvement and Enhancement System Development Project to Meet the Needs of Industry” (FY2014)

The University of Electro-Communications is the managing school for the 2014 Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "Education Improvement and Enhancement System Development Project to Meet the Needs of Industry [Theme B] Expanding Efforts such as Internships". National, public and private universities nationwide applied for this support project in each region, and 11 groups were selected.

"Comprehensive Support Project for Reform of Private Universities" (2013)

Under the 2013 Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "Comprehensive Support Project for Reform of Private Universities, etc." We were selected for all of the following: "Building a university that multi-layeredly supports development" (regional characteristics type), and "Education research in collaboration with various entities such as industry and domestic and overseas universities" (diverse collaboration type). All types were selected from 22 of the 722 private universities that applied.

"Global human resource development promotion project" (2012)

The 2012 Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "Global Human Resources Development Promotion Project" applied for the "Development of Active Asian Global Human Resources" application by Faculty of International Relations was adopted. 111 national, public and private universities have applied for this support project, and 31 of them have been adopted.

"University student employment ability development support project" (2010)

"University Education/Student Support Promotion Project" (2009)

As part of first-year education, career Guidance for new students is provided throughout the university during seminars. As a teaching material, we have developed "Career Design Guide 1" consisting of three guidelines: "self-awareness," "vocational inquiry," and "career design." Guidance using this Career Design Guide 1 is a seminar for first-year students in each faculty, and teachers and staff jointly act as facilities.
