Diversity initiatives

Based on the founding spirit of "the spirit of Self-help and Cooperation," Asia University has had the philosophy of "nurturing human resources who will contribute to the rise of Asia" since its founding, and is the first private university in Japan to host more than 90 foreign students at a time since the war. We are actively accepting international International Student, including starting to accept international International Student. In addition, with the aim of guaranteeing equal educational opportunities to all students, we have set up Special Needs Student Support Office so that each student can progress smoothly in their studies. We are creating a university community that protects the human rights and freedoms of all students and recognizes each individual's individuality. We will continue to ensure that all people, regardless of gender, nationality, race, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability, age, etc., will be respected for their human rights, dignity, and diverse values and ways of life, and that they will be able to fully realize their individuality and abilities. We will continue to strive to promote diversity so that we can demonstrate our full potential.
