Asia Educational Incorporative Code of Conduct

Asia Educational Incorporative, as an educational institution, strives to develop specialized education and advanced research in accordance with the founding spirit and educational philosophy, and contributes widely to society both in Japan and overseas. In order to fulfill our social mission, and to operate the university in a sound and fair manner with high ethical standards, Officer and faculty members shall establish and comply with the "Asia Educational Incorporative Code of Conduct" based on this charter.

Asia Educational Incorporative Code of Conduct

Officer and faculty members of Asia Educational Incorporative shall be aware of their social responsibilities as persons involved in higher education research institutions, comply with laws and ordinances based on high ethical standards, and conduct the following actions in order to operate the university in a sound and fair manner. Act in accordance with the norm.

  1. Human resource development based on the founding philosophy
    Adhering to the founding spirit of "self-the spirit of Self-help and Cooperation," we respect the individuality, human rights, and opinions of our students, while nurturing rich humanity, individuality, and high ethical standards, and responding to the mandate of society. To that end, we strive to improve the quality of our education by creating a safe and comfortable learning environment and constantly improving our class content and curriculum.
     
  2. research activities with high ethical standards
    We will comply with the "research Ethics Regulations" and other related regulations, ensure the reliability and fairness of academic research, conduct research activities with high ethical standards, and return research results to society. In addition, we will develop an environment that prevents any misconduct in research activities, conduct research appropriately, and use research funds.
     
  3. Building a Healthy Work Environment
    We will comply with labor-related laws and regulations and their spirit, develop a fair and just working environment that is easy to work in, respect each other's personalities and human rights, and act without allowing any discrimination or harassment.
     
  4. Compliance with laws and regulations
    I will comply with relevant laws and regulations as well as university regulations and rules. In addition, we will not engage in acts that violate public order and morals, refrain from acts that may cause suspicion or distrust, and act under high ethical standards.
     
  5. Information Disclosure/Personal Information Protection
    Appropriately disclose information regarding educational and research activities, university management policies, financial conditions, etc. to society as a whole, fulfill accountability, and maintain a clear sense of ethics in the use of information. Protect.
     
  6. Promotion of social contribution
    In addition to supporting activities that contribute to the promotion of culture, education, sports, etc., we will contribute to the development of society by emphasizing cooperation with society and actively promoting exchanges, both in Japan and overseas.
     
  7. Consideration for the environment
    Recognizing the importance of environmental conservation, we will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through activities that effectively utilize limited earth resources and reduce the burden on the environment.
     
  8. Appropriate management of assets, etc.
    We recognize that the assets we own are due to public funds such as payments from students, donations and subsidies from society, and manage assets appropriately and efficiently. In addition, we will select business partners in a rational and fair manner and ensure transparency.
     
  9. Dealing with Conflicts of Interest
    Pay due attention to situations where the interests and responsibilities that each individual has in a relationship with a company or organization, etc. conflict with their professional responsibilities at the Academy, and will not take any action that is contrary to the interests of the Academy.
