Advanced English proficiency is required in order to study international relations and be active in this field. Acquire the basic knowledge of learning
In addition to International English I and II, which are compulsory for all students, starting in the fall semester, we will recruit approximately 20 people who aim to become English experts through a selective method, and will strengthen their English reading and writing skills while improving their basic English skills to study international relations in English. Step up with specialized subjects and study abroad
In the spring semester, in order to improve their English skills before studying abroad, students will continue to improve their reading and writing skills in English, as well as acquire presentation skills in English. During the fall semester, students participate in a variety of study abroad programs, including a five-month study abroad program in the United States (AUAP).In addition to improving their English skills, it is also important to experience different cultures.

further expertise
After returning to Japan from studying abroad, students will take further specialized subjects to maintain their English proficiency, and learn how to make presentations and debates in English, how to write essays, etc. in a seminar format in small classes. You will also study 3 course specialties in English. In addition, by taking Global Issues I and II, which are taught in English on specific themes, students will be able to make presentations and discuss more advanced international issues in English.

English Expert Certification
Of the 30 Credit excluding International English I and II, which are compulsory in the first year, students who have earned Credit or more credits will be recognized as an English expert and will be awarded a certificate at the graduation ceremony.
