Career Interest/Aptitude Test

Know your professional aptitude

Learning objective aptitude from the lower grades and utilizing it for future occupation selection.
Career Interest/Aptitude Test
When thinking about career design, it is very important to know your own occupational aptitude. As a way to objectively know your vocational aptitude, Career Center offers free vocational readiness tests (VRT) and general vocational aptitude tests (GATB).

These tests measure "what kind of career options or occupation you are interested in" and "what kind of aptitude you have in making a desirable career choice". By learning about one's own career interests and aptitudes from early grades, students can utilize this information in their future career choices.

I especially recommend it to students who don't know what to do in the future. By choosing a job that matches your aptitude, you can prevent early leaving after joining the company.

In addition, there are an increasing number of cases in which the image of human resources that companies currently seek in students is judged by the future possibility of "competency". You can take this test twice a year and keep track of your progress.

GATB (general occupational aptitude test compiled by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare)

It looks at 9 basic types of aptitude among occupational aptitudes. Aptitude is the basic ability necessary to do various jobs. Intellectual ability, verbal ability, mathematical ability, written perception, spatial judgment, morphological perception, motor coordination, finger dexterity. Understand the abilities and potentials that can be realized through learning and training, even if you cannot do it now.

VRT (New Vocational Readiness Test)

We will provide information on what kind of occupation you are interested in and what kind of occupational field you are confident of doing. The profile shows the degree of interest and confidence in six areas of interest (realistic, research, artistic, social, entrepreneurial, and conventional).

Competency diagnosis "Sprout"

Competency diagnosis refers to “behavioral characteristics (behavioral ability) that are directly linked to results and achievements”. Students' competencies are measured from the viewpoint of "ability, interest, interest, and commitment", and (1) what are their strengths and weaknesses, (2) how well they match the image of human resources that companies are looking for, and (3) how to approach the image of human resources they are aiming for. The diagnosis result is given at the point of whether or not.
