- We provide consultation on various issues that foreign International Student may have while studying in Japan, such as health, life, studies, and human relationships. Even small problems are treated with sincerity and we look for solutions together. We also provide emergency care for unexpected injuries and illnesses, so you can study with peace of mind even if you live alone in a foreign country.
- International International Student orientation
- Twice a year, in April and September, orientations are held to provide information on scholarships, academic matters, support for job hunting in Japan, and other important information and precautions in daily life.
- Individual interview for new International Student
- Individual interviews will be held with all new International Student 1-2 months after admission. During the interview, we will check whether you have any problems in terms of learning or living, and whether you have any health problems.
- International Student Life Guide
- This is a convenient site that compiles in one book basic information useful for studying in Japan such as residence procedures, information on various procedures within the university, information on scholarships, and even medical institutions and contact information in case of an emergency.

- Student dormitory
- In partnership with Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd., we introduce student dormitories. Please contact International Center for details.
JSB Network Co., Ltd. also introduces properties for Asia University, regardless of whether they are Japanese or foreign International Student.
- Joint Guarantor system
- The university has a joint guarantee system for International Student who do not have Guarantor when renting an apartment. There are conditions and procedures to use the system, so be sure to consult with International Center before deciding on an apartment.
- International Student Comprehensive Insurance
- This is the university's unique insurance system that compensates for expenses incurred in the event of illness or injury, injury to others, or damage to property or residence of others. All international International Student attending Asia University are covered by insurance, and the insurance premiums are fully paid by the university. The university will act on your behalf when you file a claim for compensation. In addition, there is the “Asia Gakuen Student Health Insurance Mutual Aid Association” as insurance that applies to all students enrolled at the university.
- Status of residence
- Asia University provides detailed support for procedures to extend the period of stay. For details, please refer to the International Student Life Guide.
- Career support
- For those who wish to find a job in Japan after graduation, we provide various career support immediately after admission.
