Responsibility System for the Operation and Management of Public research Funds

It supervises the entire university and takes ultimate responsibility for the management and operation of the system for research activities using public research funds.

Misconduct in research activities

Misconduct in research activities are listed below, either intentionally or due to significant neglect of the basic duty of care that research should be aware of.

  1. Fabrication: The act of creating non-existent data, research results, etc.
  2. Tampering: Act of processing data, research results, etc. into something that is not authentic by manipulating research materials, research equipment and research processes to change the process.
  3. Plagiarism: The act of appropriating another research 's ideas, samples, analysis methods, data, research results, papers, or terminology without the consent of the research or appropriate indication.
  4. Acts contrary to research ethics, such as double posting without appropriate citations in the expression or content of self-authored work, or inappropriate authorship.
  5. Illegal use/receipt of research funds: Acts of illegally using or receiving research funds, etc. in deviance from laws, regulations, employment rules, and other regulations.
  6. Others: Conducting research in violation of laws and regulations, employment regulations, various university regulations, etc., and acts of destroying evidence or obstructing proof of acts listed in each item of this article.
