This award is open to both individuals and teams. The first step is to submit a designated poster. Finalists who pass the initial screening will advance to a public finalist session, attended by university staff. Through a free-style, face-to-face presentation demonstrating their unique "Asian power," they will passionately showcase the results of their learning and challenges. Various awards and participation benefits are available depending on the level of challenge undertaken.

Anyone enrolled as an undergraduate or Graduate School student at Asia University can apply! You can participate individually, or as a team with seminar members, club members, or friends!- Applicants must be undergraduate or Graduate School enrolled at Asia University.
- Applications are accepted from individuals or teams (no limit on the number of members).
- Team members may include Research Student, Sponsored Student, and special course students, but the team representative must be an undergraduate or Graduate School student, and individuals from outside the university are not permitted to join the team.
- Each student can only participate once, regardless of the application format (individual or team).
3. Application Method and Required Documents

- Submission deadline: October 25th (Sun) 23:59
- Required documents: Poster in the specified format (A4 size, one page or less). No updates or modifications to the content after submission will be permitted.
- Submission method: Complete the process by registering on the entry form above (including uploading poster data in the specified format).

Furthermore, posters submitted at the time of entry will not be considered for review if they do not include the required items specified in the poster creation guidelines.

4. Schedule

5. Finalist Session Overview
The finalists who passed the first round of judging (poster judging) will proceed to the final selection round as follows.- Presentation materials: Please submit your presentation data for the finalist session by 12:00 PM on Friday, December 4th.
- Format: In-person public presentation. The presentation will be attended by university students, faculty, staff, and other relevant parties.
- Time allocation: Each group is allocated a total of 10 minutes (1 minute for preparation, 6 minutes for presentation, 2 minutes for Q&A, and 1 minute for exit).
- Presentation style: You can give your presentation in any style you like, using PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Presenters: For teams, there may be up to three presenters, one of whom must be the team representative.
*We plan to select approximately 7 finalists. However, this number may increase or decrease depending on the number of applications and the results of the judging process.
6. Award
(For finalists)■ Asian Power Award: 1 pair: 100,000 yen prize money
■Potential Award: 1 group: 50,000 yen prize money
■Action-Oriented Award: 1 group: 50,000 yen prize money
■Presentation Award: 1 winner: 50,000 yen prize money
(All applicants (individuals or teams) other than winners of other awards)
■Challenge Prize: Quo Card worth 3,000 yen
All awards, including the Challenge Award, will be given on an entry Credit (individual or team). In the case of team entries, the award will be given to the team, not to individual members.
The Challenge Award is only available to those who participate in or attend the finalist session, and will be presented at the venue on the day of the finalist session.
