Basic policy regarding risk management at Asia Educational Incorporative

Asia Educational Incorporative has established the following "Basic Policy for Risk Management at Asia Educational Incorporative" in order to prevent and mitigate risk incidents, as well as maintain and quickly restore organizational functions in emergencies.

1. the purpose

In addition to natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes, troubles abroad at study abroad destinations, and incidents and accidents such as fires and thefts, universities face a variety of risks, including the misuse of research funds, plagiarism of papers, and academic harassment, which are unique to universities. The occurrence of such risks could significantly damage the lives, property, reputation, and trust of the university, faculty and staff, students, and related parties (such as local residents).
In order for the school to achieve sustainable development, we will identify various risks that may arise in connection with school operations, accurately analyze and evaluate those risks, and take measures to prevent and mitigate risk incidents. In addition, in the event of an emergency, we will properly manage risks based on the Asia Educational Incorporative Risk Management Regulations in order to maintain organizational functions and ensure a rapid recovery.

2. behavioral guidelines

When a crisis occurs, we will respond and act with the highest priority on ensuring the safety of human lives.

(3) Compliance with laws and regulations
We will comply with relevant laws and regulations and the school's related regulations, strive to ensure the reliability of the organization and the continuity of its business, and fulfill our social responsibilities.
(4) Identifying the cause and preventing recurrence
We will take the facts of the crisis seriously, thoroughly investigate the causes, take concrete and effective measures to prevent recurrence, and improve our risk response capabilities.
(5) Implementation of measures and training
In order to prevent crises and minimize damage when they occur, we will systematically consider countermeasures and conduct training to instill risk awareness and foster risk sensitivity.
(6) Continuation of educational and research activities
In the event of a crisis, we will make every effort to continue educational and research activities, and if they are suspended, we will implement recovery efforts as quickly as possible to resume them as soon as possible.

3. Implementation structure
