At Asia University, in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, we have established the "Regulations Concerning Whistleblowing Asia Educational Incorporative Educational Corporation" and have set up whistleblowing and consultation desks both on and off campus.

1.What is a whistleblower?

“Whistleblowing” refers to the act of violating laws and ordinances against the business or staff of Asia Educational Incorporative Asia Educational Incorporative, not for the purpose of gaining illegal profits, causing damage to others, or any other wrongful purpose. It refers to reporting to the whistleblower reception desk about what has occurred or is about to occur.

We accept reports and consultations by e-mail, telephone, written documents, interviews, etc.
In order to accurately grasp the information from the whistleblower, etc. and respond promptly, please use the following form when reporting by e-mail or document.
Anonymous reports and consultations are also accepted.

6.Protection of whistleblowers

Whistleblowers will not be treated unfavorably for making a report. In addition, information such as the name of the whistleblower that can identify the individual will not be disclosed to others.
In addition, if you make a false report, a report that slanders another person, or a report with the purpose of fraud, you will be punished according to the employment regulations, etc.
