Certification evaluation
Since 2004, a system has been introduced in which all national, public and private universities are subject to periodic evaluations by persons certified by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. This is called an accreditation system. The purpose of accreditation and evaluation is to receive evaluation from society by the publication of evaluation results by accreditation bodies, and to encourage universities to improve themselves based on evaluation results.Asia University was certified as conforming to university standards in 2019, following on from 2005 and 2012.

Assessment Plan
What is an assessment plan?
The University's three policies determine whether they are appropriate at each level: institution (university), curriculum (faculty/department), and subject (class), and stipulate the quality standards to be achieved, as well as the methods and mechanisms for evaluation.Assessment purpose
①We will grasp and measure the progress of the "type of human resources to be cultivated," "quality standards to be achieved," and other educational outcomes set out in the Diploma Policy (DP).② We will utilize the results of our investigation and measurement to improve our education, and ensure the quality of our education through visualization and public disclosure, thereby fulfilling our responsibility to society.
③ We will clarify what students have learned and acquired, allowing them to understand the learning outcomes they have obtained through their studies at university and to feel a sense of their own growth.
Assessment Methodology
Students' learning outcomes will be understood from each indicator set out in the "Assessment Plan" and verified at the university level, faculty/department level, and class level.①The data obtained from each indicator will be collated and analyzed by the IR organization, which provides information support.
②The IR organization will report the results of each indicator to the educational management promotion organization.
③The educational management promotion organization will grasp student learning outcomes from various perspectives using various indicators and verify and improve them at the university level, faculty/department level, and class level.
