My research theme is the relationship between motivation and stress, and I focus on industries that are of great interest to students, such as companies, schools, medical care, and service-related fields. Based on statistical analysis, we examine what kind of attitudes and behaviors of each individual have an effect or harm on an organization, and what factors promote or inhibit this.
