Advanced Hospitality Seminar

here is the point
Create a new wedding plan for people in their 20s who are moving away from weddings
Teacher in charge: MATSUKI Satoko
At Matsuki Seminar, we work on issues in collaboration with companies in the bridal industry every year in the third year. In 2021, we collaborated with Dear's Brain Co., Ltd., a major wedding business that handles house weddings, to devise a wedding plan for people in their 20s who are increasingly avoiding weddings, and a PR method using SNS. In the end, I went to a company and gave a presentation to the company president and people in charge of planning. Every year, our proposed plans are actually adopted, which shows that companies have high expectations.
Practical learning under the pressure of potentially being hired is a valuable opportunity for students. On the other hand, it is necessary to carefully explain to the other party the basis and reality behind the plan. This time, we conducted a survey and interviews with around 200 people to hear about the ``views of marriage'' and ``images of weddings'' of men and women in their 20s, and based on the results, we came up with a new plan. Active learning, which does not fall into theoretical theory, increases the value of students' experience.
