With 1 basement floor and 6 floors above ground, it has 24 large and small classrooms and an educational environment with AV equipment that supports classes.

Kozo Ota Memorial Hall (Library (Library Administration))
It consists of eight floors above ground and two floors below ground, including Library (Library Administration) with a rich collection of books, AV and computer equipment, Institution's Historical Exhibit that conveys the history of the university, and Alumni Association (Seiseikai) Administrative Offices.
ASIA PLAZA
Based on the concept of a "bright and comfortable Student Cafeteria," the first and second floors have Student Cafeteria, stationery and daily goods store, while the third and fourth floors have a learning commons, convenience store, and Multipurpose Auditorium. It is a space for “exchange”.

Various welfare facilities are concentrated. In addition to bookstores, lounges, and convenience stores, there are Intensive Japanese Course classes, Graduate School classes, study rooms, and International Cooperation Office.

Hinode Campus
The Hinode Campus is fully equipped with various sports-related facilities. Facilities and equipment such as baseball fields, soccer fields, track and field tracks, and tennis courts are used for daily practice and official games, and the training center is open to local residents.
