*The hospitality business referred to here includes the hotel business, bridal business, food service business, travel business, and passenger service business.

Eligibility

Those who meet any of the following conditions:
 
(1) Those who have graduated from high school or secondary school, or are scheduled to graduate by March 2026
(2) Those who have completed 12 years of regular school education or are scheduled to complete it by March 2026
(3) Those who have completed a course at an overseas educational institution approved by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, or those who are scheduled to complete the course by March 2026

Monday, September 22nd, 2025 to Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 *Application documents must be postmarked by the deadline.

Second screening (for those who passed the first screening)

Saturday, November 15th and Sunday, November 16th, 2025

Selection method

1st screening

(1) Comprehension test (comprehension of newspaper articles, 60 minutes)
(2) Document screening
Judging pass/fail based on the overall evaluation of (1) and (2) above

Second screening

◆ Applicants who pass the first screening will be screened on both Saturday, November 15th and Sunday, November 16th.

Admission procedure period

◆ First procedure: Tuesday, November 25, 2025 to Friday, December 5, 2025 Payment of admission fee, mailing of enrollment procedure documents, and registration of necessary information on "Ajibako"
◆ Second procedure: January 19th (Mon) to January 26th (Mon), 2026 Payment of all fees excluding the entrance fee
