Eligibility

A person who satisfies any of the following conditions:

[Second year]

Those who have been enrolled in a Japanese university for at least one year and have earned at least 31 Credit out of the credits required for graduation by the Credit, or those who are expected to do so in March 2024.

[Third year]

(1) Those who have been enrolled in a Japanese university for 2 years or more and have earned 62 Credit more credits out of Credit required for graduation by the university, or those who are expected to do so in March 2024.
(2) Those who have graduated from a junior college or technical college in Japan, or those who are expected to graduate by March 2024
(3) Those who have completed a specialized course at a vocational school in Japan (limited to those with a duration of 2 years or more, total class hours of 1,700 hours or more, or 62 Credit or more) or completed by March 2024 Prospective applicants (limited to applicants who are Entrance Requirements university)
(4) Those who have completed an advanced course at a Japanese high school (limited to those with a duration of 2 years or more and those that meet other criteria set by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology), or by March 2024. Prospective applicants (limited to applicants who are Entrance Requirements university)
