If you require special accommodations during the entrance examination due to illness, disability, etc., you must notify us at least one month before the start of the application period for the entrance examination you plan to take.Please submit your application to the university's Admissions Center.
We will take appropriate measures based on the information provided in your application, but please understand that we may not be able to fulfill all requests.
Please note that submitting an application will not affect the outcome of the entrance examination.
1. Flow from application for special accommodations during the examination to determination of accommodations
(1) Please prepare your application documents and submit them to the university's Admissions Center at least one month before the start of the application period for the entrance examination you plan to take.
(2) After receiving the application documents at our university, we will review the application content and documents and decide on the accommodations to be made.
(3) Once the details of the accommodations have been decided, we will contact you at the contact information you provided on the "Application Form for Examination Consultation".
2. How to apply
- Mailing of application documents
Prepare the documents specified in "3. Application Documents" and submit them at least one month before the start date of the application period for the entrance examination you plan to take.
Please mail it to the university's Admissions Center (by registered mail or Letter Pack).

(2) Medical certificate or disability certificate (copy acceptable)
*Please submit documentation that explains the necessity of the requested accommodations.
(3) National Center for University Entrance Examinations "Notification of Results of Examination for Special Considerations" (copy)
*Please submit this form if you have requested special accommodations for taking the Common University Entrance Examination.
Please note that we may not be able to provide the same level of accommodations as outlined in the "Notification of Examination Examination Special Considerations Review Results."
4. Application Deadline and Mailing Address
(1) Application deadline
Please submit your application at least one month before the start date of the application period for the entrance examination you plan to take.
*Please be sure to check the "Entrance Examination Guidelines" for the examination dates and application periods for each entrance examination.

5. Points to note regarding the application
(1) If an application is not submitted by the application deadline (one month before the start of the application period), we may not be able to provide any special considerations for the examination.
However, if you are unable to submit your application by the above deadline due to an unforeseen accident, sudden illness, or other unavoidable circumstances, please contact Admissions Center as soon as possible.
(2) The application documents are for confirming the accommodations you wish to receive and have no bearing on whether you pass or fail the application.
(3) Based on the application, we will determine the appropriate accommodations according to the type and degree of disability.
However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all of your requests.
(4) The university's Admissions Center may contact you to confirm any requests for special accommodations during the examination that you have indicated in your application documents.
(5) Regarding accommodations for taking the exam, even in the case of entrance examinations held at off-campus venues, the exam will, in principle, be held at the university venue (Musashino Campus).
(6) The information in the application documents you submit will be handled with due care as important personal information, and will be shared with the admissions department and student support department for the purpose of adjusting considerations for the examination and providing academic support after enrollment, but will not be used for any other purpose.
