2. Irregular Student Sponsored Student, Research Student, and Intensive Japanese Course
3. Persons involved in supporting the above students (family members, faculty members, etc.)

*Consultation with concerned parties is limited to matters related to students.

When you want to consult

Please make a reservation by phone or email. If you come directly, we will be able to discuss your situation on the spot if there is space available. (Reservation priority).When making a reservation via email, please specify that you wish to receive counseling.

There is no worry that what you have said will be leaked to others. We will strictly protect the confidentiality of the content of the conversation, so please feel free to contact us.
In addition, as a procedure, you will be asked to fill out a "consultation application card" at the first time of counseling, but the information you fill in the card will not be used for purposes other than student counseling.

While talking about your worries and troubles, what you think and feel, the counselor helps you get to know yourself more deeply, think about what you want to be, and move in a better direction for yourself. I will continue. It is usually done one-on-one with a counselor.

We also accept consultations by phone or Zoom. If you would like to contact us by phone, please call the number below. A counselor will be available to assist you on the spot. However, if the counselor is in the middle of an interview or is fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate you right away. In that case, we will adjust the date and time again.
Consultations via Zoom require advance preparation and require reservations, so please let us know your preferred date and time (up to your third choice) by phone or email.

Psychological test (personality test/vocational interest test)

Even if you think you know yourself, there are quite a few things you don't know. Tests like this can also help you get to know yourself.

TEG3 (personality test)

It is a test to deepen self-understanding from the balance of the five ego states of the mind based on the theory of interaction analysis. After the test is administered, a counselor will communicate the results during an interview (sometimes at a later date). Although there are individual differences, it takes about 15 to 30 minutes to complete the test.

VPI (Vocation Interest Test)

This is a test that measures individual characteristics with respect to 6 occupational interest area scales and 5 tendency scales (psychological tendencies) from 160 responses about whether or not they are interested in specific occupations. After conducting the test, the counselor will communicate the results during the interview. Although there are individual differences, it takes about 20 to 40 minutes to complete the test.
