1.Delivery method
You can pay your tuition fees for the year in one lump sum or in two installments, for the spring and fall semesters. You can pay your tuition fees onthe tuition fee processing website "PAY ASI-st".Please note that our university does not have any other installment payment system other than the one mentioned above.

Regarding tuition payment for the 2026 academic year, you will be able to log in to the "Tuition and Other Procedures Website" from March 18th for the spring semester and September 18th for the fall semester.Before proceeding, please read the "Payment Procedures for the Tuition Fees Processing System "PAY ASI-st" (PDF)."
- Your student ID number is required when logging into the PAY ASI-st site.
- If you do not know your student ID number, please check with the student.
<For those eligible for Tuition reductions and exemptions under the new higher education support system>
For those who are eligible for the new academic support system, the amount you pay will be reflected in the system at the following times.
・Spring semester: Mid-April
・Fall semester: Early October
The amount for the fall semester reflects the results of the "Eligibility Certification (Household Finances)" assessment conducted every October. If the assessment has been completed, you can check your support category from October onwards by entering "Relevant year/10" in the support category application history under "Detailed information by scholarship number" on the Japan Student Services Organization's "Scholarnet Personal" website.
For those who are eligible for the new academic support system, the amount you pay will be reflected in the system at the following times.
・Spring semester: Mid-April
・Fall semester: Early October
The amount for the fall semester reflects the results of the "Eligibility Certification (Household Finances)" assessment conducted every October. If the assessment has been completed, you can check your support category from October onwards by entering "Relevant year/10" in the support category application history under "Detailed information by scholarship number" on the Japan Student Services Organization's "Scholarnet Personal" website.
- Check the "dedicated transfer account for tuition fees, etc." and transfer from ATM/Internet banking.
- Delivery via credit card payment agency (SMBC GMO PAYMENT)
- Payment via ATM/Internet banking via Pay-easy (SMBC GMO PAYMENT)
- Print out the transfer slip designated by the university and transfer the money at a bank counter.

- Please note that if any fees or interest are incurred, they will be borne by the client.
- Transfer method (1) The account number for transfer of tuition fees, etc. displayed on ``ATM/Internet banking'' is different for each student. Please be sure to check that the account number you entered at the time of transfer is correct before completing the process.
- Transfer method (2) When paying by credit card using a collection agency (SMBC GMO PAYMENT), the only payment method is a lump sum payment. However, depending on the card company, it may be possible to set up revolving payments or installment payments after the fact. Please check directly with your credit card company for availability.
- If you are unable to enter the client's name (code starting with A107, student ID number, student name) during the procedure, please be sure to contact Financial Affairs Division.
2.Delivery deadline (FY2020)
- Spring semester: Until Thursday, April 30th
- Fall semester: Until Monday, November 2nd
*Please refer to the "Enrollment Guide" for the deadline for payment of tuition fees in the enrollment procedures for new students.
3. Deferral of payment (2026 fiscal year)
If it is difficult for you to pay the tuition fee by the due date due to financial reasons, you can apply for deferment of payment.Deferment of payment of tuition fees will be approved with the approval of President after completing the prescribed procedures within the designated acceptance period.
If deferred payment is approved, the final deadline for payment is as follows.
- Spring semester: June 30th (Tuesday)
- Fall semester: Tuesday, January 5th
Please note that new students cannot defer payment of tuition fees during the enrollment process.
<To those who are eligible for reductions or exemptions under the new system of financial aid for higher education, such as Tuition
For those who are eligible for reduction or exemption under the Japan Student Services Organization's "New System of Student Services for Higher Education" (Tuition), the deadline for payment of tuition fees may be extended in order to alleviate the financial burden.
If you wish to extend the deadline for payment of tuition fees, you must fulfill all of the following requirements. 1.
1. submit a notification of deferred payment of tuition fees by the due date. (For the 2026 academic year, April 30 for the spring semester and October 31 for the fall semester)
2. Apply for the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) scholarship by the initial application deadline (spring semester: mid-May, fall semester: mid-October).
The deadlines for payment of tuition fees (after extension) are as follows.
After the results of the selection are announced, the amount minus Tuition exemption will be reflected in PAY ASI-st for those who are eligible for tuition fee exemption.
*This system does not apply to students who are already receiving a Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) scholarship or new students entering the spring semester.
*If you do not apply for an extension of the payment deadline, please pay your regular tuition fees by the deadline. After your application for the scholarship is confirmed, the exemption amount will be refunded to your account.
*Even if you are not accepted or your acceptance month is delayed, the deadline for paying tuition fees cannot be extended any further.

Please download and print the form, fill in all necessary information (using an indelible black ballpoint pen), and submit it using one of the following methods:
*Only students themselves can log in and view the Asia University Portal (for students).
*Cannot be downloaded from the Parent Portal.

If your tuition payment deferral is approved, we will send a notification to you (Gmail address with your student ID number) so please share it with the person responsible for paying your tuition fees.
4. Measures for non-payers of school fees
If the deferred payment procedure and tuition fees are not completed by the final payment deadline, you will be expelled in accordance with School Regulations.Once the decision has been made to expel the student, a "Notice of Expulsion Due to Nonpayment of Tuition Fees" will be sent to Guarantor address.
5. Tuition fees during leave of absence
For tuition fees during leave of absence, Tuition and facility fees are exempted, and enrollment fees (semi-term leave of absence 60,000 yen, annual leave of absence 120,000 yen) and miscellaneous membership fees (Student’s AssociationWe will collect fees, student health insurance association fees, Alumni Association lifetime membership fee reserve, and support membership fee).Membership fees will be collected at the time of payment of tuition fees for the spring semester.
Even during leave of absence, you can use university facilities such as Library (Library Administration).
* If you wish to take a leave of absence, please contact the Student Center (Building No. 2, 1st floor).
6. Tuition for re-entrants
The amount will be the same as the current student in the undergraduate/grade you are re-enrolling. However, the admission fee will be waived.Tuition for July/September graduates
Students graduating in September will be exempt from Tuition and facility fees for the fall semester.*Application is required for September graduation. Please contact the Teaching Center for details.
8.Others
- Enrollment fee will be collected only for the first year (1st year).
- The various fees (Student’s Association, student health insurance association fees, Alumni Association lifetime membership fees, and supporters association fees) collected by the university on a consignment basis may be revised during your time at the university. Student health insurance association membership fees and Student’s Association membership fees are only collected in the first year.
