Off-campus certificate issuing service

Convenience store issuance is available only to those who graduated in or after 2006 (March 2007).
If you graduated before that date, you will receive your certificate by mail after applying to use the service.

How to use the system

The off-campus certificate issuing service (convenience store issuing) is a service that allows you to apply for a certificate via a dedicated website and have it printed out on a multi-function copy machine at a convenience store or have it mailed to your home.
Current students
Please access the dedicated website and log in using the same ID and password as you use for other systems (Aichi University Portal, manaba, etc.) (current students do not need to apply for use).
Once you have completed the application process, your certificate can be issued on the same day.

Graduates, students who have completed their studies, and students who have withdrawn (left enrollment)
Please access the dedicated website, enter the necessary information, and apply to use the service. *Applications are only accepted the first time.
After receiving the email confirming your application for service use, you will be able to use the system. After completing the application process, you can have your certificate issued at a convenience store on the same day.
*Please allow 1-2 days for your application to be approved, excluding weekends and holidays.
