You can apply for a certificate online from the link below.
Please apply after agreeing to the terms of use of the link destination.*The online application system is mainly used by graduates (including those who have left the university). Some certificates may not be available for current students to use.
 
　<Current students please note the following>

• The Certificate of Expected Graduation can only be issued to students in their fourth year of graduation who meet the criteria for issuing a Expected Graduation.
• Health certificates will be available from Thursday, May 23rd only to those who underwent the on-campus health checkup conducted in April 2024 (certificates for previous years cannot be issued).
• Refunds are not available for non-issuable certificates. You will have to obtain another certificate instead.

 
* Payment will be made with a credit card in the name of the person or relative. If you do not have a credit card, please consider applying by mail.
*It takes 3 to 4 days (excluding overseas EMS shipments) from application to delivery. Applications received after 16:00 will be processed the following day.
