Application at window
During the following periods, the office will be closed, and therefore certificates cannot be issued, sent, or received.

[May 1st (Friday) to May 6th (Wednesday), 2026]
Certificates received after 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28th will be issued, sent, and available for pickup sequentially from Thursday, May 7th onwards.
Please note that currently enrolled students can use our off-campus certificate issuance service to obtain various certificates on the same day, with the exception of some certificates and student discount certificates.

About applying for a certificate at the counter
Applications at the window will be accepted at Academic Affairs Office Affairs Center, 1st Floor, Building No. 1.Please fill in the necessary items on the "Certificate Issuance Request" provided at the counter and submit it to the counter.
Please pay the issuing fee in cash. Payment by credit card, electronic money, etc. is not possible.
It will be handed over on the business day two days after the application date.
How to receive the certificate
At the time of application, you can choose to receive it at the counter or receive it by mail.Receipt at the window will be the day after the day after the application date.
Please bring the "certificate exchange ticket" and "receipt" that you will receive after the reception, and come to Academic Affairs Office Affairs Center on the 1st floor of Building No. 1.
Please confirm and hand over the certificate.
In addition, if you lose the "certificate exchange ticket" and "receipt", we will give you the certificate after checking the application details at the window.
If you receive it by mail, you will be required to pay the postage in addition to the issuance fee.
If you wish to use this service, please ask the person in charge.
