Handling and Reissuance of Student ID Cards

Your student ID card is the only proof of your identity as a student of this university. Carry it with you at all times, not only when commuting to school, but also in other situations.
A student ID card is a frequently used item that is required for final exams, Library (Library Administration) usage, student discount certificates, and issuance of academic transcripts. Personal data is loaded onto the IC card, so please be careful not to bend it or damage the card body, and keep it in a safe place so that it is not lost or damaged.

Notes

  1. Always carry your student ID card with you.
  2. Do not lend or give your student ID card to anyone other than yourself.
  3. If you lose or damage your student ID card, immediately report it to Student Center and follow the procedures for reissuance.
  4. Your student ID card will become invalid when you receive a new student ID card, or when you leave the school due to withdrawal or expulsion, so please return it to the issuer immediately.
  5. Immediately notify Student Center for Student Affairs of any changes to the information on your student ID card.
  6. The student ID card serves both as an identification card for purchasing a student commuter pass and as a student health insurance association membership card.
  7. When the student commuter pass issuance counter is full, please notify Student Center.

Reissuance of student ID card

If you lose or damage your student ID card, please go to Student Center Affairs (Building No. 2, 1st floor) and apply for a new one. Reissue will be issued on the same day, but a fee of 2,000 yen will be charged.
