Please keep your current address and mobile phone number up to date with the university.
 
If this information is not updated, you may be unable to receive important documents from the university or be unable to be contacted by phone in an emergency, which may result in disadvantages to your university life. Please check that your current address and mobile phone number are up to date on the "Aichi University Portal", and if they are incorrect, be sure to update the information. You can check and change the information on the "Aichi University Portal".

  • The current address is the address where the student currently lives (it may differ from the address on the resident card). If you are a student who once returned to your parents' home due to the corona crisis and registered your home address as your current address, but have already moved to a place near Tokyo, you will need to correct it.
  • If you want to change only your mobile phone number, please correct it from "Change mobile phone number".
  • If you change your current address, you will need to replace the "address (fill in)/student commuter pass issuance copy" attached to the back of your student ID card. If you change your current address on the Asia-University Portal, please come to the Student Center Affairs as soon as possible. If it is urgent, we will send it by mail, so please contact us by email or phone.

Correction of student's current address/mobile phone number

Correction of the address of Guarantor or tuition bearer

Please download and print the designated form from "Current Address / Guarantor Address Notification" in the menu of the "New Application: Various Applications" screen, fill in the change details, and submit the form to Student Center by either mail, fax, or e-mail.

Regarding procedures when changing your name or changing your name

If you have changed your surname or name, please fill in the necessary information on the "Notification of Changed Name" (if only Guarantor is changing your surname or name, "Notification of Changed Name (Guarantor)"), sign and seal, and submit an extract of your family register. Please submit it to Student Center.

Procedures for changing Guarantor /tuition fee payer

Please fill out the change details in the "Notification of Change" and submit it to Student Center. In addition, in the case of changing Guarantor, a signature and seal on the "Written Pledge/Agreement Form Regarding Handling of Personal Information" is required.

Procedures for using nicknames

If a student of foreign nationality has a common name listed on their residence card, or if a student who has changed their name on their family register due to marriage or other reasons uses their maiden name, the common name will be used as the name registered at the university at the student's request. can.
However, certificates issued by the university (certificates, diplomas, etc.) will be issued under your real name.

If you wish to use your nickname, please fill out the "Application for Use of a Common Name", sign and seal it, and submit it to Student Center along with an official document that confirms the use of your nickname (residence certificate, etc.; copies accepted). Please submit it to
