Regular health checkup

Regular health checkups are required by the School Health and Safety Law for the purpose of maintaining and improving health, preventing illness, and understanding health conditions.
Every April, our university conducts this test for all students (excluding Auditing (Auditor) Student). For your own health management, please be sure to undergo a medical checkup once a year.
All regular health checkups for fiscal year 2024 have been completed.

If you were unable to take a health checkup at university

Please undergo a medical examination at a medical institution and submit a copy of your health certificate to Health Services Office (charges apply).
Please download and use the medical certificate form prescribed by our university.

If you do not undergo a medical examination, you will not be issued a medical certificate necessary for job hunting, and you may be unable to participate in training camps, study abroad, training events, etc.
*The cost of a medical checkup at a medical institution must be paid by the student (student health insurance medical expenses are not covered).
*If you are looking for a medical institution near the university, please contact Health Services Office.
