Career Search Process

Most likely the career search process in Japan differs from that of your country of origin. It is important to understand that Japan has its own culture with regard to the preparations that are involved in finding a career and with regard to the career search period.

Recruitment Schedule

It is common to start job hunting a year before graduation. Please use the schedule below for your reference.

◆3rd year from June~: Job hunting preparation period
◆3rd year from March~: Company briefings start
◆4th year from June~: Selection starts, unofficial job offers
◆4th year from October~: Official Job offers
◆4th year March : Graduation
