Please download the entrance examination guidelines and application forms (prescribed forms) from the "Entrance Examination Guidelines " website. Please register your application through the "Online Application" page, and submit your application documents via registered express mail.

(internal recommendation test)

Please download the entrance examination guidelines from the "Entrance Examination Guidelines" website. Application forms (prescribed forms) will be distributed at Admissions Office. Please submit your application by registered express mail or in person at Admissions Office counter after completing all required documents.
