2023 Graduate School entrance event

For those who wish to go on to graduate school at our Graduate School, we will hold an event to advance to higher education.
Graduate School instructors will answer questions about studying at Asia University Graduate School and entrance exams.

Please check the application method for each event before participating.
For WEB and visit-type individual consultations, please follow the procedure for participating in individual consultations and apply from the application form at least 4 days before the consultation date. As soon as it reaches the capacity, the reception will be closed.

Individual consultation participation procedure

①Fill out the required information in the application form and complete the registration.
When registration is completed, you will receive an acceptance completion email.
(2) In the case of online individual consultation, we will inform you of the "Zoom" URL, ID and password required for individual consultation by e-mail by the day before the consultation date.
Please install the Zoom app on your PC, smartphone, or tablet in advance.
When it is time for the consultation, open the "Zoom" app and enter the room with the URL, ID, and password that were emailed to you in advance.
*Please enter the reserved name for the Zoom display name.
(3) For visit-type individual consultations, please complete the reception at the university at least 5 minutes before the consultation starts.
The venue for the consultation will be announced at the reception.
