The management challenges faced by modern companies are becoming increasingly complex due to societal changes. In particular, companies must confront multifaceted and complex issues arising from advancements in AI and digital technologies, as well as changes in the global business environment and social structure. What is needed in this era is the ability to correctly understand cutting-edge technologies such as AI, based on the fundamentals of management studies, and to connect them to value co-creation.

Graduate School of Asian and International Business Strategy will introduce a new curriculum from the 2026 academic year to provide education that responds to these changing times. Specifically, it has created a curriculum that organically combines core subjects, advanced subjects, global-related subjects, and research guidance. The aim is for students to steadily learn the fundamentals of business administration, deepen their specialized knowledge, cultivate an international perspective, and acquire the ability to address cutting-edge issues such as the use of AI and data.

This research school welcomes students who have a strong interest in global business, particularly in Asia, and who are willing to proactively tackle diverse challenges while building a foundation in business administration.

Cultivating human resources who are ready-to-use for business in Asia and China

Graduate School of Asian and International Business Strategy places "strategy" as the core of business administration, and develops a curriculum with the primary purpose of cultivating specialists who are well versed in business in Asia and China.
``Innovation/Marketing'', ``Organization/Human Resources'', and ``Accounting/Finance'' are placed as ``Strategy'' and the various fields of management that surround it. In addition, as peripheral areas of business administration, we offer courses on "society/economy," "legal/international relations," "industry/policy," and "entrepreneurship/leadership," to promote an understanding of the complexity of business in Asia and China. . In addition to these, courses such as "Data Analysis", "Logical Thinking", and "Chinese/Japanese Communication" are arranged as the foundation of research activities, and are also used as business skills for making rapid progress in Asian and Chinese business in the future.
