The management challenges faced by modern companies are becoming increasingly complex due to societal changes. In particular, companies must confront multifaceted and complex issues arising from advancements in AI and digital technologies, as well as changes in the global business environment and social structure. What is needed in this era is the ability to correctly understand cutting-edge technologies such as AI, based on the fundamentals of management studies, and to connect them to value co-creation.
Graduate School of Asian and International Business Strategy will introduce a new curriculum from the 2026 academic year to provide education that responds to these changing times. Specifically, it has created a curriculum that organically combines core subjects, advanced subjects, global-related subjects, and research guidance. The aim is for students to steadily learn the fundamentals of business administration, deepen their specialized knowledge, cultivate an international perspective, and acquire the ability to address cutting-edge issues such as the use of AI and data.
This research school welcomes students who have a strong interest in global business, particularly in Asia, and who are willing to proactively tackle diverse challenges while building a foundation in business administration.

We provide a foundation in business administration and cultivate individuals who can tackle global business and cutting-edge challenges, primarily in Asia.

The Master's Program in Graduate School of Asian and International Business Strategy aims to provide students with a systematic understanding of business administration, as well as the perspectives and practical skills necessary for global business, particularly in Asia.
Amidst significant changes in the business and market environment, it is becoming increasingly important to deepen one's understanding of fundamental areas of management studies such as business strategy, marketing, accounting and finance, and innovation management, as well as the use of AI and data and the international business environment.

<Education content>- We provide students with the opportunity to learn the knowledge necessary to understand Asian and Chinese business in business administration and its peripheral Subject, and to summarize their research results.
- In order to learn the ethnic groups, cultures, and societies of various Asian regions, recognize diverse values, and contribute to business there, we will arrange Subject including language learning (Japanese, Chinese) necessary.
- We will arrange practical and collaborative subjects for learning Asian and Chinese business.
- Subject will be arranged to help students understand the basic concept of career development and acquire practical skills.

<Education content>- To acquire knowledge and practical learning opportunities necessary to understand Asian and Chinese business, conducting field surveys is a required academic requirement in "Specialized research Guidance."
- As an opportunity to experience the ethnic groups, cultures, and societies of various Asian regions, instruction on this topic will be provided in the "Special research Guidance" course.
- As an opportunity to learn about Asian and Chinese business in a practical manner, students will be guided to obtain a wide range of comments from outside the university and from practitioner faculty members through conference presentation guidance, guidance for thesis submissions, and presentations inside and outside the university at internal doctoral research debriefing sessions, etc.
