General education and training benefit system

The Master's Program in Graduate School of Law Asia University is accredited by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a "Designated Course under the General Education and Training Benefit System" (effective date: April 1, 2026). Please take advantage of this opportunity.

What is the Education and Training Benefit System?

The Education and Training Benefit System is an employment insurance benefit system that aims to support workers' proactive efforts in developing their skills and to promote employment stability and re-employment.
If a person who is a regular insured person under employment insurance (currently employed) or a former regular insured person (unemployed) who meets certain requirements completes an educational training course designated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, they will be reimbursed an amount equivalent to 20% of the costs they paid to the educational training institution (enrollment fee and first-year Tuition).
*There is a maximum payment amount (100,000 yen).

Please note that eligibility confirmation and application for benefits are handled at the Hello Work office that has jurisdiction over your place of residence.*For documents required for the application that are issued by the university, please apply for their issuance at the Academic Affairs Center counter using the prescribed method upon graduation.
