Tuition Exemption and Scholarships

PAGE SECTIONS

Juggling the cost of living and attending university in Japan is by no means a simple task.
Below, you will find information on tuition exemption and scholarship options to help ease the financial burden.

Tuition Exemption

To help assist international students who would otherwise find it financially difficult to study here, we provide tuition exemptions to those who meet the requirements below. New students will have 30% of their first-year tuition fees waived.

Tuition Exemption Requirements (in part)

  • Must have a “Student” residence status
  • Must be a full-time international student at Asia University who is privately financed
  • Must need financial support to study (those who meet related requirements set by the university)

Details on how to apply and the exemption rates for upper-year students will be explained at orientation after enrollment.
