Request for cooperation in education research promotion funds

Since its founding in 1941, Asia Gakuen has been engaged in educational and research activities with the mission of fostering truly international individuals who can meet the expectations of a wide range of industries, centered on international exchange with Asian countries and the United States, based on the founding spirit of "the spirit of Self-help and Cooperation".
In 2016, we formulated the Asia University medium- to long-term plan "Asia Future Roadmap 2025" and based on the founding spirit of the university, we Reiwa Reiwa set the mission of "fostering creative human resources who will take on the challenge of diverse dreams and leap into the future of Asia."　Under the slogan of "~Makes you want to choose Asia University ~", we are striving to further improve the quality of education by promoting five priority action measures: internationalization, education and research activities, learning environment and support, social cooperation, and university management.
 
Reiwa 5 (2023), we established Faculty of Business Administration Department of Data Science in order to develop human resources who can analyze and utilize large amounts of complex data in the developing era of IoT, IT, and AI.
Furthermore, in April 2025 (Reiwa 7), we plan to newly establish the Department of Contemporary Sociology in the Faculty of Sociology, aiming to develop human resources who will acquire the ability to objectively grasp the diverse issues of modern society and the ability to communicate flexibly with others, and who will actively work in the field of modern society.
 
Therefore, in order to further enrich and develop our school, we would like to ask for your understanding and support in order to further enhance and develop our school, and to support the purpose of the Education research Promotion Fund, the Sports Promotion Fund, the ASEAN Country International Student Scholarship, the private foundation and company sponsered international student scholarship Fund, the Asia University Used Book Fund, and the donation by bequest or inheritance.

Since its founding, our university has encouraged extracurricular activities as a place to put into practice our founding spirit of "the spirit of Self-help and Cooperation." Currently, 29 groups are members of the athletics association, and they are training and improving themselves every day. In particular, the success of the sports clubs, such as (Hardball) Baseball Club and Track and Field Club, has increased the sense of belonging to the university among current students and has been a driving force behind the development of a good school spirit. This good school spirit has been passed down to many alumni who are active throughout the country, fostering the "bonds" between alumni and contributing greatly to the various activities of Alumni Association alumni association. In addition, we are truly grateful for the warm support we have received from many fans of the sports clubs, not just alumni, who have been moved by the students' single-mindedness and have given us so much support.
 
Our university is continuing to work hard every day to reform and improve in order to continue to support our athletic clubs, but the environment surrounding universities is becoming increasingly harsh every year, and the reality is that funds to support sports activities are not necessarily abundant.
 
In this regard, we would appreciate the support of all concerned parties in order to further promote student sports and enhance the good school spirit of our university.

private foundation and company sponsered international student scholarship

As part of our support activities for international International Student enrolled at our university, we are soliciting donations for the "Asia private foundation and company sponsered international student scholarship" bearing the name of an individual or company. About 400 foreign International Student are currently studying, but many of them have a difficult life, and there are cases where they are forced to return to their home countries because of financial reasons. Our university also provides various kinds of living support such as its own scholarship system and Tuition exemption, but it is not always possible to respond to the actual situation.
 
Therefore, we would like to ask for your understanding and support for the purpose of this scholarship system, which aims to further enhance and develop support for International Student.

1. For scholarship donations, please make a lump sum for the entire year.
2. The amount of donation is 20,000 yen per student per month, and the period is more than one year. The 20,000 yen monthly fee can be provided by multiple people.

Making a will and donating your estate to a specific person or organization is called a "bequest."
When you write your will, if you specify "Asia Educational Incorporative" as one of the recipients of your cash,

③ Creating a notarized will
Based on the draft, a notary public will prepare a notarized will.
*Our school accepts the following bequest donations: "cash" Please be aware of this when preparing a notarized will.
*When creating a will through an affiliated financial institution, various fees (including consumption tax, etc.) will be charged, so please contact the affiliated financial institution for details.

④Storage and management of wills
An affiliated financial institution will store and manage the will.
In addition, our affiliated financial institutions will periodically inquire about the contents of your will, changes to your assets and presumed heirs, etc.

⑤ Execution of wills
When a testator passes away, the heirs are requested to contact the affiliated financial institution.
The affiliated financial institution will disclose the will, and after being appointed as the executor, the executor will prepare an inventory of the inheritance, distribute the estate in accordance with the testator's wishes, and process donations to our school (cash transfer).
*Once the payment has been confirmed, our school will contact the heirs etc. through our affiliated financial institution.
*Once we receive your contact information, we will send a receipt for the donation to the family of the testator (deceased person).

① Donation offer to Asia Gakuen
If a family member (heirs) requests a donation of the inherited property, the school will send a donation application form to the heirs.
*Please note that our school only accepts donations of inheritance property in the form of cash.

②Certificate application
As soon as the heir makes a donation to our school, we will submit an application to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology for the issuance of a "Certificate of Inheritance Tax Exemption."
Please note that it takes time to issue the certificate, and you must apply to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology approximately two months before the deadline for submitting your inheritance tax return.
*The "Certificate of Inheritance Tax Exemption" will be sent to our school.

③ Sending documents
The school will send a "Donation Receipt" and a "Certificate of Inheritance Tax Exemption" to the heir.
 
④ Filing and paying inheritance tax
Heirs are required to complete the procedures within 10 months from the day after the death of the deceased.

A: We are very sorry, but we only accept cash.
