"21st Century Asia Basics" is a group of basic courses for students to develop their "ability to learn independently" and "ability to act". The purpose of this course is to acquire "document writing skills," "English skills," "data analysis skills," "presentation skills," and "knowledge of Asia."

In college, there are no “classes” like in high school. Therefore, we have set up seminar-style courses in the first year of all faculties, and have created an environment where students can learn while making friends in small classes of about 20 students.
You will learn basic study skills such as how to use Library (Library Administration) and how to approach a presentation. Students naturally acquire the basic knowledge of specialized fields in each department.

Under the guidance of native-speaking instructors, Small Class Size classes, held twice a week for 105 minutes each, primarily focus on improving speaking skills. You will acquire the English proficiency necessary to confidently participate in studying abroad.

Students will hone the skills needed not only for report assignments at university, but also for document creation, which will be the basis of work after entering society.

Learn the basics of data science
This subject aims to equip students with a wide range of knowledge to gain insight into the relationship between modern society and information. This subject has been certified as a literacy level by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "Mathematics, Data Science and AI Education Program Certification System," and by studying this subject, students will acquire basic knowledge of data and AI utilization, which is essential in modern society.
