This course will cover the fundamentals of finance and introduce advanced financial services utilizing digital technologies known as FinTech (a portmanteau of Finance and Technology). Drawing on my experience research finance in Europe, the US, and China at a private financial think tank, I will discuss cutting-edge financial services from overseas and explain how digital transformation is changing industries and society. "Interest" is the first step to deep learning. With the spirit of "persistence pays off," I encourage you to "work hard together" with your peers and expand your academic world.

This course explores how to discover and promote local content, such as local industries and natural resources, and how to use this to revitalize the region and promote industry. Many urban resources lie dormant in local communities, such as the unique skills of clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises and local products. This course will explore how these unique urban resources (local content) are discovered and promoted, examining characteristic case studies to find the ideal model for regional content production.

Social networks, which refer to the invisible "connections" that exist between people, constantly exert a significant influence on people's behavior and values. The purpose of this course is to learn about the characteristics of such social ties and to understand our existence in modern society.
