Request for information (for those who wish to receive it by mail)

Requests for the "University Guide 2027" by mail are being accepted via the request form below.
Those who have requested information will receive the "University Guide 2027" in approximately one week.
Please note that it may take several days for the materials to arrive.

To request materials by mail, please use one of the following methods: < Internet / Direct Request to Admissions Center >.
*We do not send out entrance exam question books or entrance examination guidelines.

Additionally, we regularly send out information about our university through the "Admissions Office Official LINE Account," so please register.
