class time

Asia University 's class hours are as follows.
*Freshman English class times are different from normal.
*Class times at Hinode Campus will be different from usual.
Regular exam (*note that it is different from the class time)

Course registration

Course registration is done through the Asia-University Portal (registration from a smartphone is also possible).
No changes or corrections are permitted outside of the stipulated period.
For course registration methods and registration periods, please refer to the "Course Registration Guide", materials handed out at the course registration Guidance, and materials in the "Asia-University Portal" cabinet.

canceled class

A class cancellation is when a class is not held for some reason. If classes are canceled, we will notify you through the Asia-University Portal. In most cases, we will contact you by the day before the class, but there may be cases where the class will be canceled on the same day. In that case, if it is before class time, it will be posted on the Asia-University Portal, but if it is just before the start of the class, the Center for Academics staff will contact you in the classroom. If there is no notice of cancellation and the instructor in charge of the subject does not come to the classroom within 30 minutes after the start of the class, please do not assume that the class has been cancelled, but please check with the Education Center (Building No. 1, 1st floor).

Supplementary class

A make-up class is a class that is held outside of the normal timetable at the discretion of the instructor in charge of the course due to class cancellations or the progress of the class. As a general rule, make-up classes are held during the 5th period of regular classes (4th period on Saturdays) and on make-up class days. Information on make-up classes will be posted on the Asia-University Portal, so please check on your own.
If a make-up class overlaps with another make-up class, please be sure to consult with the instructor in charge.
Please note that make-up classes are at the discretion of the instructor, so even if a class is cancelled, it does not necessarily mean that there will be make-up classes. In addition, make-up classes may be held even if there are no class cancellations.
