We have a column titled "Scenery of the Heart" in "Koho Asia", which is sent to parents. This column picks up psychological themes from everyday life, and the staff of Counseling Center take turns writing. Please take a look.

"Encounter Square" Auxiliary Student Workshop

Every year, we hold a training session for assistant students who support new students at the "Meeting Square," where we hold Lecture, group work, and role-playing Seminar on "leadership and communication."

Mental Health Survey

With the goal of "monitoring the physical and mental health of students so that they can lead a meaningful student life," we ask new students to fill out a checklist every year regarding their physical and mental health, and based on the results, we refer them to Counseling Center if necessary.
If you would like to know more about the results, we can take the time to explain them to you in person.

Holding various workshops and group work

Counseling Center staff act as Lecturer and facilitators and hold workshops and group work aimed at deepening self-understanding. These will be announced on the university's official website, Asia University Portal, and on campus bulletin boards, so if you are interested, please actively participate.

Holding workshops and lectures for faculty and staff

We hold training sessions and lectures for faculty and staff for the purpose of student support and student understanding.

Open space "Hot-ba"

At Counseling Center, the area immediately after entering the entrance is open to all students as an ``Open Space''. This is a place where you can relax when you are tired or want to take a break. It is a calm space surrounded by green planters and has relaxing background music. Please use it.

Borrowing and viewing specialized books

There are about 2,000 specialized books on counseling and psychology in the group room, which can be borrowed. You can also browse in the group room. In either case, please ask at the reception if you would like one.
