Does the certificate have an expiration date?

The university does not set an expiration date, but generally it is said to be ``about 3 months from the date of issue''.
Please check with the recipient to see if it is valid.

If the format is specified by the submission destination, it will be handled individually after confirming the specified form.

Based on past cases, if it is possible to issue a certificate, we will issue it under the name of graduation certificate, transcript, etc.

Why can't I issue same day?
A.
Please allow some time for paperwork to issue the certificate.
Why can't I use the certificate issuing machine after graduation, completion, or withdrawal?
A.
A student ID card is required to use the certificate issuing machine.
If you are not enrolled, you will not be issued a student ID card, so you will not be able to use it.
Also, even if you bring a past student ID card, it cannot be used because it has expired and you are no longer enrolled.
I would like to know my enrollment period, year of graduation, and grades.

It is not possible to answer by phone or at the window. Please confirm by obtaining a certificate.
I withdrew from school, but when can I issue a certificate of withdrawal?
A.
For those who have withdrawn from the school in the past, we will be able to hand it over after the application has been processed. If you withdrew from the university in the previous academic year or the spring semester of the current academic year, it may take some time before the certificate is issued as it will take time to complete deliberations at Faculty Council of the faculty you were enrolled in.

I want to issue a certificate regarding qualifications for appointment as a social welfare director.

Regarding the social welfare director appointment qualification, we ask that you obtain a graduation certificate and transcript, and confirm whether you meet the qualifications at the place of submission or the competent authority.

When will the Certificate of Expected Graduation be issued?
A.
Students register for courses in their graduation year (fourth year) and are issued the day after they apply.
However, it must meet the issuance criteria.
Certificate of expected graduation cannot be issued
A.
Possible reasons are:

  • Not earning 84 Credit at the end of the third year of the undergraduate program
  • In the course registration for the graduation year (fourth year), does not meet the standards for issuance of expected graduation
  • In the course registration for the graduation year (4th year), there is a course registration error such as a number limit error.
  • You operated the certificate issuing machine on the same day that you corrected your course registration (can be issued from the day after the course change)
  • Due to the influence of the results of the spring semester of the graduation year (4th year), it is no longer possible to meet the standards for issuance of expected graduation

If it is not issued in any other way than the above, please contact the Certificate Section of the Academic Center on the 1st floor of Building No. 1.
When will the health certificate be issued?

It can be issued from around mid-May every year. Please check the "Notice" posted on the certificate issuing machine for the start date of issuance.
I received a health checkup, but I cannot issue a health checkup certificate.

For some reason, it does not meet the standards for issuance and is being held in Health Services Office.
If it is not issued, please report to Health Services Office on the 1st floor of Building 5.
I want to issue a Certificate of Expected Graduation and a Certificate of Health Checkup before the start date of issuance.

It cannot be issued before the issue start date.
Please contact the person to whom you are submitting the documents and take appropriate measures on your own.
I forgot my student ID card.

It cannot be issued on the same day.
If you do not mind if it is not on the same day, please apply at the Certificate Section of the Center for Education on the 1st floor of Building 1.
Certificate issuing machines cannot handle student ID cards

It is possible that the data stored on your student ID card cannot be read.
Please inquire at Student Center counter on the 1st floor of Building 2.
Also, if you have applied for a reissue of your student ID card, you cannot use it on the day it is reissued, so please use it after the next day.
