There are two ways to issue a certificate: one is to issue it from a certificate issuing machine installed on campus, and the other is to apply by mail.

I can't use my student ID card (certificate issuance/ Library (Library Administration) entry)

Due to system issues, on the day your student ID is reissued, you will not be able to use the certificate issuing machine or enter Kozo Ota Memorial Hall (Library (Library Administration)).
  • Certificate issuance: Please use the issuing machine after the next day. If you need a certificate issued on the day, please consult with the certificate section of the Center for Education on the 1st floor of Building No. 1.
  • Library (Library Administration) admission: Please inquire at the general counter on the 1st floor Kozo Ota Memorial Hall.
I want to purchase a commuter pass

  • When using the train: Please fill in the necessary information on the "commuter pass purchase application form" provided at the nearest station and apply with your student ID card.
    (The student commuter pass issue copy must be attached to the back of your student ID card.)
  • If using the bus: You will receive a "Certificate of Commuting" at Student Center counter. Please apply at Student Center counter on the 1st floor of Building 2.

If your current address or Guarantor address changes, please download the designated form from the A-University Portal and submit it by mail, fax, or email to Student Center the 1st floor of Building 2.
You can also fill out this form and submit it at Student Center counter.

To change a student's current address and mobile phone number, please go to the A-University Portal under ``Web Application'' → ``New Application'' → ``Various Applications''.
