About consultation reception
Reception / reservation method (staff / counselor)
Advance reservation from AC Navi- Each individual interview is 40 minutes.
- Interviews are conducted online or face-to-face. Reservations are basically online, so if you wish to meet face-to-face, please indicate that you wish to meet face-to-face at the time of booking. Counselors are online only.
- In the case of an online interview, the invitation URL will be sent to the email address of the student ID number about 5 minutes before the interview starts.

*Consultation time is 40 minutes. In order to ensure that as many students as possible can consult with each other, we only meet with staff and counselors once a day.
The reservation screen is updated every week. For reservations from next week onwards, please confirm after 18:00 every Friday.
