About consultation reception
Reception / reservation method (staff / counselor)
Advance reservation from AC Navi- Each individual interview is 40 minutes.
- Interviews are conducted online or face-to-face. Reservations are basically online, so if you wish to meet face-to-face, please indicate that you wish to meet face-to-face at the time of booking. Counselors are online only.
- In the case of an online interview, the invitation URL will be sent to the email address of the student ID number about 5 minutes before the interview starts.

* Consultations last 40 minutes. In order to allow as many students as possible to receive consultation, meetings are limited to one per day between staff and counselors combined.
The reservation screen is updated weekly. For reservations for the following week, please check after 6:00 PM every Friday.
