Theme for 2023 "Planning food tourism in Tokyo"
Strategy planning and high value-added products to materialize food tourism in Tokyo in order to develop human resources who will be responsible for the further development and growth of food tourism by disseminating Japanese food culture and food as entertainment. This is a practical Course for learning the knowledge necessary to realize a plan and acquiring planning skills through group work.Dates, themes of each session, Lecturer, etc.
