Improve your English
Improve your TOEIC® score!
AUAP students take the TOEIC® test before they leave and before they return home, allowing them to objectively assess their progress in English. By coming into contact with native English speakers in the local area, students steadily improve their English language skills. There is also a system in place that offers scholarships to students with high TOEIC® scores.Comparison of TOEIC® scores before departure and after returning home

Support at study abroad
There are no chaperones from Japan for AUAP. After arriving in the US, local people take care of the study abroad participants, and they immediately begin life in English. In the Global Human Resources Development Course, in addition to being the program director and coordinator, there are also International Peer Advisors (IPAs) who work closely with International Student from Asia University as advisors on studies and daily life. They provide AUAP students with information they need about university life from the perspective of fellow students.
*For intensive English courses, staff will be provided by the American Language Institute (ALI) at San Diego State University, the English Language Institute (ELI) at the University of Utah, the Intensive English Language Program (IELP) at the University at Albany, SUNY, and Global Launch at Arizona State University.
