Intensive Chinese Course + career mindset development
Students will take classes on Chinese language, Chinese culture, and overseas business to prepare for studying abroad. In addition, in career-related Lecture, students will actually visit companies to interview them and think about their own future.

Study Abroad + Internship (AUCP)
Students will study abroad in Dalian, China, and take Chinese language training and cultural experience classes at Dalian University of Foreign Languages for about four months. After that, they will do a four-week internship. In Dalian, a key economic hub, students will be able to experience work in a wide range of industries, including finance, manufacturing, hotels, and overseas diplomatic missions.

Overseas fieldwork + career design
During the summer vacation, students will visit companies in Asian countries and experience the dynamic Asian business world while comparing it with China. Through advance study and problem setting, and post-trip reflection, students will form an image of their career in Asia.

Continuing into the third year, students will deepen their self-awareness through practical career design classes, solidify their image of a career related to Asia, and apply it to employment and their careers after employment.

At a time when China's continued economic growth is attracting global attention, the pillars of our education are "Double Major", "Collaborative Education by Industry and Academia", "Study in China + 5 months of internship", "Intensive Chinese Course", and "Small Class Size" with the aim of developing human resources who can serve as bridges between Japan and China. In addition, from the 2025 academic year, as a new curriculum, we will address issues related to employment, careers, and companies through fieldwork training within Asia in the third year and practical career education in the third and fourth years.open all

If you enroll in “ASIA YUME COLLEGE”, you can study for four years with the two pillars of your faculty and Yume College. “ASIA YUME COLLEGE” is a project that cultivates dreams in Japan, China, and Southeast Asia. Local education and internship at a Japanese company in Dalian
A special learning experience that does not end with language study abroad!China is a country where companies and International Student from all over the world gather in search of dreams and opportunities. Dalian is a major city on par with Shanghai and Beijing, and many Japanese companies have established operations there.
In their second year, all students from Yume College study abroad in Dalian for about five months. They spend the first four months studying Chinese language and culture at Dalian University of Foreign Languages, and the remaining four weeks doing internships (work experience) at local companies and organizations.
This special learning experience goes beyond simply studying abroad to learn the language, and you will surely grow more than you could have ever imagined.

*The participation fee is expected to be around 1 million yen, taking into account the current exchange rate as of July 2025, local expenses, and domestic expenses. Chinese Language Training
Under the guidance of local teachers, students will learn the four language skills of reading, listening, writing and speaking in a balanced manner in classes tailored to their proficiency level, from beginner to advanced.Cultural Experience Classes

At Yume College, Chinese language training begins immediately after enrollment. A distinctive feature of the college is that it sets three stages of goals to ensure success.
You can acquire a solid grasp of native Chinese both on campus and in China.
primary goal In the first year, all students must pass the Chinese Language Proficiency Test Level 3. Thoroughly learn all four Chinese skills of "speaking, listening, reading, and writing" from the basics. Second goal Study abroad in your second year to reach the level required for an internship. The Chinese language education at your study abroad destination, Dalian University of Foreign Languages, is among the best in China. Improve your Chinese language skills through intensive classes and take the HSK (Chinese Language Qualification Examination). Third goal In the 3rd and 4th years, students step up according to their goals and specialties. The aim is to reach the level of "more than a student majoring in Chinese" at the time of graduation.

Students enrolled in “ASIA YUME COLLEGE” will travel to a country in Asia in their third year to carry out Practicum. They will gain a broader understanding of Asia while maintaining a comparative perspective with China. In 2025, they will conduct fieldwork for about one week in Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in Vietnam, one of the most promising countries for Japan.

Before the training, participants will acquire basic knowledge about Vietnam, and while they are there they will conduct interviews with overseas diplomatic missions, the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Japanese companies in fields such as manufacturing, retail, communications, food and beverage, administrative scriveners, and urban development.
Students will also plan and give presentations on the products and services they prepared in the pre-training classes.
After returning home, participants will review their experiences and knowledge gained locally to ensure that they are retained.

Practicing high-quality learning in small-group education
Yume College aims to provide high-quality instruction, with a maximum of several dozen students per year. Chinese language classes, seminars, and internships are conducted in Credit of 1 to 15 students.
Chinese language education Study in 3 classes by level. In Dalian study abroad, students are divided into smaller groups to improve their abilities. Overseas business internship Divided into 1-2 people and assigned to each company. A person who meets the following conditions.- Those who understand the purpose of "“ASIA YUME COLLEGE”- Career Development China Program -" and have a strong desire to learn and achieve goals
- Applicants entering Faculty of Business Administration Administration, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, or Faculty of International Relations Department of International Relations select and register "Chinese" in the foreign language registration of their choice at the time of admission procedures.
*For students enrolled in the Department of Department of Multicultural Communication Faculty of International Relations, there is no option to register a foreign language during the enrollment process. If they are accepted into “ASIA YUME COLLEGE”, the local language will be "Chinese."
