Flow from application to departure
Participation conditions
1. Those who have no problems with course completion or health condition- In principle, participants must have a GPA of 2.00 or higher immediately prior to participating. If your GPA is below 2.00, you may be allowed to participate after an interview with the AUGP Executive Committee if you have earned Credit in the required courses (※1).
- First-year students participating in the summer program do not need to have a GPA.
3. All undergraduate students in their first to fourth year who are taking or have taken a language course in the country they will be studying in (※2)
4. Fourth-year Credit who are participating in the spring program will not be able to graduate from the AUGP.

(※2) If you have not taken the required foreign language courses in the area where you plan to study (by taking only Elective Subject such as "XX Language Communication", auditing classes on campus, studying at an off-campus language school, etc.), and your GPA is 2.00 or higher, please consult with International Center before registering for AUGP. After an interview with the AUGP Executive Committee, we will decide whether or not you can participate.
*The AUGP internship is open to those who meet the language proficiency standards set by Asia University (TOEIC® 450 or Eiken Grade Pre-2 or above) and are motivated to participate in the internship.
*AUGP UK applicants must meet the language proficiency requirements set by the host university (TOEIC®500 or EIKEN Grade Pre-2 or above).

Precautions when participating
- Please refer to the "AUGP Application Guidelines" for notes on course registration, such as subjects and Credit, and understand the contents before applying for participation.
- If the number of applicants is less than the capacity or the minimum number of participants is not reached, the participation fee may be increased or the program may be cancelled.
- The program may be canceled due to various reasons such as the host university or transportation facility.
- Study abroad period, training schedule and content (including class format), number Credit, accommodation and accommodation format, and other program implementation details may change due to various circumstances such as the host university and transportation facilities.
- All programs may be canceled due to international situations, local living conditions including natural disasters and sudden incidents/accidents.
- Foreign nationals may need to apply for a separate visa or may not be able to obtain a visa depending on the country of study, so please consult with International Center in advance.
- Depending on the number of applicants, a separate deadline may be set for re-recruitment.
