Flow from application to departure
Participation conditions
1. There must be no problems with your academic performance or health.- As a general rule, the program is open to students with a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher up to the time immediately prior to participation. Even if your GPA is below 2.00, you may be allowed to participate after an interview with the AUGP instructor if you have earned the required Credit for the designated subjects.
- For first-year students, there is no GPA requirement as grades have not yet been evaluated.
3. All undergraduate students (1st to 4th year) must be currently studying or have already studied the language of their study abroad destination.
- If you wish to study abroad but have not taken any required or compulsory courses in the language of the region you wish to study in (e.g., taking only Elective Subject such as "Language Communication," auditing lectures on campus, or studying at an off-campus language school), your eligibility to participate will be determined after an interview with the AUGP instructor, provided your GPA is 2.00 or higher.
5. Not participating in any other study abroad program at the time of application, and not planning to participate in any other study abroad program departing by September 30, 2026.
*The AUGP Internship is open to applicants who possess the language proficiency required by Asia University (TOEIC® 450 points or Eiken Pre-2nd Grade or higher) and who are highly motivated to participate in the internship.
*AUGP UK requires applicants to possess the language proficiency level (CEFR B1 level) specified by the host university.

Precautions when participating
- Please refer to the "AUGP Application Guidelines" for notes on course registration, such as subjects and Credit, and understand the contents before applying for participation.
- The participation fee is determined based on the actual costs paid to the host university, travel agency, insurance company, etc., and will be finalized based on the number of participants, exchange rates, and other factors.
- The program may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met, or due to circumstances at the host university, transportation company, etc.
- Study abroad period, training schedule and content (including class format), number Credit, accommodation and accommodation format, and other program implementation details may change due to various circumstances such as the host university and transportation facilities.
- All programs may be canceled due to international situations, local living conditions including natural disasters and sudden incidents/accidents.
- Foreign nationals may need to apply for a separate visa or may not be able to obtain a visa depending on the country of study, so please consult with International Center in advance.
- Depending on the number of applicants, a separate deadline may be set for re-recruitment.
