How do I apply if my guardian is going to participate alone?
A.
If a parent or guardian is participating alone, please register and complete the application process on Asia University Event Application Page in the name of the participant.
When registering, please select "Parent" as the "Enrollment Category."
How should I apply if my guardian will accompany me?
A.
If you are accompanied by a guardian, please complete the application procedure yourself and register the number of people as companions.
Is it necessary to apply if a high school student attends with a friend?
A.
High school students are required to apply even if they are accompanying someone.
I have applied, but I have not received an application completion email.

Cancellations can be processed from "My Events" on the "Asia University Event Application Page".

On the day of the event, please bring a writing utensil and the QR code that will be sent to the email address you registered after applying for participation.
what can i hear?

In addition to listening to an overview of Asia University, faculties, entrance examination information, etc., you can also imagine university life through mock classes and individual consultations with current students.

Are the contents of each schedule the same?
A.
About summary explanation, we perform with the same contents each schedule. The content of the mock class differs for each schedule. For details, please check in advance on the "OPEN CAMPUS" page.
Can only Junior participate?
A.
Not only Junior high school students, but also Freshman and Sophomore high school students can participate. Please participate from an early stage and use it as a reference for your own career options selection.
What kind of clothes should I wear?
A.
It doesn't matter if you're in uniform or plain clothes. Every year, there are many people who come in easy-to-move clothes.

What is "Ajibako (My Page)"?
A.
This is a registration-based application site. In addition to being able to check the examination information all at once, you can save the trouble of entering basic information and preparing ID photos at the time of application, making it easier to apply. After applying, you can check your examinee number and pass/fail results on “Ajibako (My Page)”. Successful applicants will be able to complete the admission procedure through “Ajibako (My Page)”.

Please check whether it has been sorted into the spam folder or whether the spam filter of each telecommunications company has been set.
The cancellation method of each telecommunications company is as follows.

I registered a photo taken with a smartphone, but the orientation is crooked.

Please import the photo data to "Ajibako (My Page)" again, trim it, and register it.
Can I use the printed ID photo taken with a camera as the photo data?
A.
A photograph of the printed ID photo cannot be used because the image quality will be unclear.
Do I have to wear uniforms when taking pictures?
A.
There is no particular dress code for photography. The registered photo will be used for photo matching on the day of the test, so please prepare the same hair, glasses, etc. as on the day of the test as much as possible.
What size is the photo?
A.
There is no specification of length x width size. Please prepare and register photo data in JPG, PNG, GIF data format with a file size of 100KB or more and 5MB or less.
Where can I find past question papers?
A.
You can access "Ajibako Plus" by logging in to "Ajibako (My Page)". Please check past exam collections and university information from "Ajibako Plus".
I am planning to apply for multiple entrance examination forms, but is it okay to register the photo only once?
A.
You only need to register the photo once. However, please note that the registered photo cannot be changed after payment of the entrance examination fee.
Can I apply online from a computer even if I register "Ajibako (My Page)" on my smartphone?
A.
can. You can use the e-mail address and password you registered on your smartphone to log in on your computer and register your application.

Please download the entrance examination guidelines directly from "Ajibako (My Page)". We do not distribute a booklet. In addition, regarding application forms, only online applications are accepted, and paper application forms will not be distributed. First, please register "Ajibako (My Page)".
Is the photo registered as data? Or submit a paper photo?
A.
The photos will be those registered in "Ajibako (My Page)", so there is no need to submit them on paper.
My computer was turned off during application registration (the window was closed). I would like to confirm whether my application registration has been completed.

You can check the application registration status on the "Confirm application details" screen in "Ajibako (My Page)".
Can I apply even before registering my photo?
A.
You cannot register your application without registering your personal information and photo.
I sent the application documents by post, but the status on the "Confirmation of Application Contents" screen does not change even after a few days.

The status will be changed as soon as the documents are confirmed by the university. Please note that it may take some time for the status to change. You can also use the postal tracking service website to check whether the documents have been delivered.
I haven't received my admission ticket.

The admission ticket will be an online admission ticket and will not be sent from the university. It will be published in "Ajibako (My Page)".
When can I apply and register?

Application registration will be available from the start date of the application period. The application period varies depending on the entrance examination system, so please check the entrance examination guidelines for details.
Is online application the only way?

Is it possible for a guardian to register the application on behalf of the student?

The email address registered on "Ajibako (My Page)" can be that of the parent or guardian. The registration process can also be performed by the parent or guardian, but personal information should be registered using the student's own information. Please carefully confirm the application details with the applicant before registering the application.

What documents are required when applying?

Is it necessary to resubmit the research report if it was submitted at the time of the first application, even if I am filing a multiple application or an additional application?
A.
Please submit one school report when you first apply. Submission of a school report is not required from the second application onwards. However, even if you have submitted one when applying for the comprehensive selection or school recommendation selection, you will need to submit it again when applying for the general selection for the first time.
If I apply online for multiple entrance examination systems and multiple departments at the same time for the general entrance examination, do I need to submit the online application confirmation slips and school reports for the number of applications?

Please submit one online application confirmation slip. If this is your first application for the general selection process, please submit one school report. If this is an additional application, it is not necessary.
I was able to print the online application confirmation slip, but I cannot print the address label.

You can print out the address label by clicking "Confirm Application Details." If you are unable to print it, please contact Admissions Office (0422-36-3273).
Is black-and-white printing acceptable for online application confirmation slips and mailing labels?
A.
Black and white printing is fine.
I would like to register my application using my smartphone, but can I print it out?
A.
After registering the application on your smartphone, you can log in to "Ajibako (My Page)" on a computer connected to a printer and print.
Do I need to submit a receipt for the entrance examination fee?
A.
Receipts for all entrance examination fees do not need to be sent to the university. Please keep it in a safe place.
I registered my application, but can I cancel it?
A.
原則、出願の取り消しはできません。入学検定料入金前であれば、支払い期限が過ぎると無効の出願登録となります。入学検定料を入金してしまっている場合は、入試部(0422-36-3273)までお電話ください。
Can I apply for the “Hospitality AO Entrance Examination” and the “Hospitality Entrance Examination” at the same time?

Admission procedure

Please tell me about the admission procedure.

For successful applicants, we will publish an "Admissions Guide" for each entrance examination system. Please refer to the "Admissions Guide" for details on the admission procedures.
What information is required on the resident card to be submitted during the admission procedure?
A.
Please be sure to prepare one that has the name and address of the enrolled student on it and does not have My Number on it.
I haven't received the transfer form necessary for the enrollment procedure.
A.
The transfer form used for admission procedures will not be mailed from the university. Please download, print, and complete the bank transfer from the admission procedure menu in "Ajibako (My Page)" during the admission procedure period.
I paid the admission fee, but I decided to enter another university, so I would like a refund.

We will refund the school fees other than the admission fee. For details, please refer to the "Enrollment Guide".

What time is the class?

Each class period is 105 minutes long.
Are there different campuses for each faculty?
A.
Students study at the Musashino Campus for four years in all faculties and departments.
What are your qualifications?
A.
The qualifications that can be obtained differ depending on the department, so please check the "Qualifications" page.
Can I take classes from other faculties?
A.
It is possible to choose classes from courses offered by other faculties according to your interests. (Conditions vary depending on the faculty/department.)
If I study abroad, can I graduate in four years?
A.
There is also a study abroad program that allows students to graduate in four years. For details, please check the "Study Abroad/International Exchange" page.
Can I participate in study abroad or internship at any faculty?

In principle, any faculty can participate. There is also a study abroad program that allows students to participate in internships while studying abroad.

Do you have a university festival?

Asia University largest school festival is "ASIA-SAI" Annual Student Festival held every November. We will have a good time with visitors, such as refreshment stands, group exhibitions and presentations. It is open to the general public.
