Using the Certificate Issuing Machine

以下の期間は、事務休業期間のため、証明書発行機の利用を停止いたします。

在学生の方は、証明書学外発行サービス（コンビニ発行）をご利用ください。

To use the certificate issuing machine, please hold your student ID card over the card reader (excluding the issuance of temporary student ID cards during regular exam periods).
Please note that if you have your student ID card reissued, it will not be usable on the day it is reissued (it can be used from the next day onwards).


There are two certificate issuing machines at the entrance to the Academic Affairs Office Affairs Center on the first floor of Building No. 1. They are available during the following times:
　 Weekdays/Saturdays holiday
Building No. 1, 1st floor 8：30～20：00  You can not use it
<Summer and spring holidays> Closed on Saturdays and holidays.

Various application forms/application forms

Certificate issuing machines can issue various application forms and application forms in addition to certificates.
After confirming the procedures in each Guidance and handbook, issue the necessary application forms and application forms, and submit them to the counter in charge.
