Using the Certificate Issuing Machine

Please refer to the link below for information on whether certificates can be issued, the number of days, and the types of certificates that can be issued.

To use the certificate issuing machine, please hold your IC student ID card over the card reader (*excluding issuance of temporary student ID cards during regular exam periods).
Please note that if your student ID card is reissued, you will not be able to use it on the day it is reissued (it will be possible from the next day onwards).

Instructions on how to use the issuing machine can be found on the front of the issuing machine or in the "Operation Guide" located in the cabinet of the Asia University Portal.

There are two certificate issuing machines: one at the entrance of Academic Affairs Office Affairs Center on the 1st floor of Building 1, and one on the 1st floor of Kozo Ota Memorial Hall. The available times are as follows.
  Weekdays/Saturdays holiday
Building No. 1, 1st floor 9:00~17:00  You can not use it
Kozo Ota Memorial Hall 1F 9:00 - 30 minutes before closing
* During summer and spring holidays, weekdays are open from 10:00 to 16:00.

Various application forms/application forms

Certificate issuing machines can issue various application forms and application forms in addition to certificates.
After confirming the procedures in each Guidance and handbook, issue the necessary application forms and application forms, and submit them to the counter in charge.
