We have introduced an off-campus certificate issuing service (issuance at convenience stores).

Current students
Only current students can use the certificate issuing machine.

No advance reservations are required.

You will need your student ID card to issue a certificate. Please be sure to bring it with you when you come to school.
Applications can also be made by mail or at a convenience store. Please use these options.
Health checkup certificates can only be issued to those who have undergone a health checkup this year.

Regarding attachment of identification documents when applying by mail
When applying by mail, please enclose a copy of your identification such as your driver's license, health insurance card, or passport (including the part showing your name and date of birth).
Please note that we cannot accept copies of the back of your My Number card, which contains your personal number. Please submit only a copy of the front of the card (the side showing your photo).

Issuance of certificate and number of days required

For those who have graduated, completed, or withdrawn from the school (left the register), it will take some time for the certificate to be issued.
Please check the number of days until issuance and apply well in advance.

*1 It takes about 3 to 4 days to prepare a certificate regarding character and academic ability.
*2 Please read the "Proxy Certificate Application" below before applying.

Certificate fees

The fees for picking up your certificate at the counter or at a certificate issuing machine (current students only) are as follows:

	Japanese and English
Current Students	300 yen (1 copy)
Those who have graduated, completed their studies, or withdrawn (left enrollment)	500 yen (1 copy)

* Student discount certificates for current students can be issued at the certificate issuing machine. There is no charge.
* If you apply by mail, at a convenience store, or by other means than those listed above, additional fees (postage, system usage fees, etc.) will be charged.
