Current studentsOnly current students can use the certificate issuing machine.
Advance reservations are not required.
- A “student ID card” is required when issuing a certificate. Please be sure to bring it with you when you come to school.
- Applications can be made by mail or online. Please use them together.
- Health checkup certificates can only be issued to those who have undergone a health checkup this year.
Regarding attaching identity verification documents when applying by mail
When applying by mail, please make a copy of your identification document (the part with your name and date of birth written on it) such as your driver's license, health insurance card, or passport.
Please note that we cannot accept a copy of the back of the My Number Card, where the individual number is written. Please only make a copy of the front side (the side with your face photo displayed).
Issuance of certificates and number of days
For those who have graduated, completed, or withdrawn from the school (left the register), it will take some time for the certificate to be issued.Please check the number of days until issuance and apply well in advance.

The fee for the certificate is 300 yen for Japanese and 500 yen for English.Please check the PDF below for the types.
